Sun Cruise Resort is a cruise-shaped resort located on a cliff 60 meters above sea level. Surrounding the resort is an extensive park, with themed gardens and sculptures. The park offers an exquisite landscape with its large man-made lake and coconut trees. The resort also has a sculpture park that displays 30 sculptures and a jangseung (traditional Korean totem pole) park with 250 jangseung totems from Andong. Guryongpokpo Falls refers to the group of nine waterfalls, varying in size, located over a three-kilometer stretch of Sogeumgang River in Odaesan National Park. "Guryong" means nine dragons and legend has it that each of the waterfalls was occupied by a dragon. The sixth waterfall is particularly attractive. It is simultaneously the most magnificent and serene of the falls, which is why it is also known as the "Gentleman’s Waterfall." In addition to the beautiful Maeho Lagoon at its side, Namae-ri is home to three beaches. The northernmost Namae Beach is the largest among the three, with a sandy shore that is 2 kilometers long and 100 meters wide. The beach has great quality sand and shallow waters, with an average depth of only 1 to 2 meters. Also, a field of reeds is beautifully stretched out on both sides of the stream flowing from Maeho Lagoon. Near Maeho Lagoon is the breeding ground for egrets and grey herons in Pomae-ri, designated as Natural Monument No. 229.

The other two beaches in Namae-ri consist of Namae 1(il)-ri Beach, a charming small beach in the furthest south, and Namae 3(sam)-ri Beach, located near Naemae Port.
