Gosam Reservoir is a vast reservoir that was completed in 1963 to supply water to nearby areas. The reservoir is abundant in aquatic plants, providing a good habitat for fish. The dreamy scenery in foggy dawn is like a painting. For this reason, it is a famous filming location frequented by photographers. Visitors can enjoy a walk along the path around while listening to early birds chirp in the background. It is known as a popular spot for auto-camping. The reservoir has three small islands known as Baseok Island, Palja Island, and Donggeurak Island. The lake is so large that it may feel like an ocean surrounded by land.
